A Customized Approach Diligent™ is a three-year injury prevention program, led by a Diligent™ consulting team that trains and mentors management and staff to reduce accidents. Our unique programs include a combination of tools, training and support, customized to meet the individual needs of each client.

They perform a complete assessment of each client’s facility to determine the right prescription needed to not only reduce accidents but the costs related to them.

The Diligent™ program includes:

Patient handling and transfer equipment for clinical units to transition to a minimal lift environment of care
A 60% incident reduction guarantee
Weekly to monthly Clinical Consultant support for three years
Customized "Team Implementation" of program, policies, and procedures
Ergonomic training to raise awareness and reduce accidents in key non-clinical areas
