Corey Cotton is the regional executive covering Northeast Texas. As a sales professional, Corey has more than 10 years of management and market development experience. He is skilled with identifying and nurturing relationships in order to achieve THA member and business goals. Corey lives in Mansfield with his wife, Aretina and two children, Ava and Brooklyn. Corey is a proud University of Texas graduate. As a student athlete, Corey ran track and specialized in the 800 meter.

Al Goforth is the regional executive for West Texas. As part of the regional executive team he meets with hospital leaders to discuss their specific needs, primarily in Lubbock, Amarillo, Midland, Odessa, San Angelo, Abilene, Wichita Falls and El Paso. Goforth joined the HealthShare team in 2007 and brings a unique background to his current role. He believes that THA-endorsed partners offer services that help hospitals run more efficiently and provide better health care to patients. As the RE for West Texas, he primarily works with rural and community hospitals, and understands the unique challenges they face on a day-to-day basis. He enjoys matching hospitals with solutions that focus on funding/reimbursement cuts and how those cuts might affect a hospital’s ability to serve its patients. Additionally, Goforth is staff liaison for THA’s Rural Hospital Constituency Council, which serves to monitor rural hospital issues and assists THA-member hospitals in navigating those issues.

Susan Jones joined HealthShare in 2002 as the regional executive for Central and South Texas. In this role, she primarily works with hospitals in southern cities to provide effective endorsed partner solutions. The primary issues faced by hospital’s in her region include staying profitable in the wake of payment reductions, managing the high number of uninsured and improving productivity and efficiency. Jones believes that THA-endorsed solutions are essential in helping hospitals lower costs, recover revenue, control expenses, improve quality and develop staff resources. Additionally, she recently served a three-year board term with Texas Chapter of the Healthcare Financial Management Association, which included service in sponsorship development at the local, state and regional levels. She also is a member of the Texas Society for Healthcare and Human Resources Administration and Education, which is dedicated to the development of excellence in human resources administration, management and education in Texas health care facilities.

Jessica Ochs serves as manager of business operations. Prior to joining the team, she worked at Time Warner Cable where she served as lead business advocate. She assisted with training requirements regarding processes and procedures. Prior to her time with Time Warner Cable she worked at AJL Advertising where she served as receptionist and delivered administrative support to the sales team. Jessica received her Bachelor’s Degree from St. Edwards University where she studied psychology.
